Ryan is an aerospace engineer and entrepreneur specializing in advanced propulsion and launch systems. He leads product, commercial strategy, and business development across national security and commercial markets.
Landon Luick
Chief Operating Officer
Landon is a manufacturing and operations leader with experience at SpaceX and Blue Origin. As COO of LEAP, he oversees production, integration, and operations to scale high-performance launch systems.
Lloyd Droppers
Chief Technology Officer
Lloyd is a rocket propulsion engineer with extensive experience in combustion systems, turbomachinery, and advanced propulsion technologies. As CTO of LEAP, he leads the development of next-generation propulsion and flight systems.
Layla Kainber
Chief of Staff
Layla is a strategy and operations leader focused on scaling high-growth organizations and translating executive priorities into company-wide execution. As Chief of Staff at LEAP, she drives strategic execution and leads Shared Services, including HR, Marketing, and IT, building the teams, systems, and infrastructure required to support the company’s growth.
